Application Process
- Request an information packet from info@chinesewithmeggie.com.
- Attend the info session on Saturday, January 12, if you are in Austin and available. If you are interested in the program but cannot attend the info session, please let us know and we will provide an overview of the info session via email.
- Fill out the online application form.
- CWM will send an agreement to all applicants.
- Please sign and return the agreement and submit the camp deposit $600 before January 24, 2019.
- CWM will send materials to assist applicants’ visa application after March 1, 2019.
- Full camp fee will be due on May 1, 2019.
- Cancellation Policy: deposit will not be returned if the applicants decide to cancel the trip. Full camp fees will be returned if the cancellation is made before May 14, 2019.
